Established in the mid-1980s, Panola Pepper Company bottles over 30 sauces, seasonings and condiments, including hot wing sauce, barbeque sauce, olives, steak sauces, crab and shrimp boil, and more. Panola Pepper can even do a special "private label" so you can have your own name put on a label.

Panola Pepper Plant is a privately owned business on the outskirts of Lake Providence that loves to give tours of their facilities.  Visitors will see how beautiful peppers are made into their world famous hot sauce and other related items.

Tours educate visitors about growing peppers, different kinds of peppers, and what it takes to get the pepper sauces from the farm to the table.
